I’m a Multimedia Journalism student at Bournemouth University and the producer of the radio documentary ‘Gaslighting. Does it still burn bright?’. 

 

The idea for this documentary came through personal experience. I was in a relationship in which I was gaslighted in multiple different ways. It strongly affected my mental health as my anxiety heightened, confidence dropped and individuality began to disappear.
