I met Emma, a victim of gaslighting by her own husband, who revealed to me the impact that the abuse had on her mental health.

"I realised of course that the abusive person who had recently emerged had been there the whole time, it was just that the way that they were conducting the abuse was not in the obvious way that a lot of people think."
